- What is a token?
- One token pays for one audit of one site, scheduled or manual. A plan refills your token balance every month; packs add tokens that never expire. Plan tokens are spent first.
- What happens when I run out?
- Scheduled audits are skipped (and you get one email) until tokens are available again; the schedule stays active. Manual runs are refused until you top up.
- Can I try free audits before buying a plan?
- 3 free audits as a guest; 10 free audits after registration. No card required. These are starting allowances, not a recurring free tier. Register to use schedules and email reports; pick a plan or token pack when you need more audits.
- Do unused plan tokens roll over?
- No. Plan tokens reset at each billing period. Purchased tokens are kept until used.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time from the billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; purchased tokens remain yours.
- Which AI model writes the summary?
- Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint the operator configures (OpenAI, OpenRouter, a self-hosted model). Your audit data is sent to that endpoint only for the summary.
